## How Markets Resolve

Vistadex designates a **reference market** for each prediction market as the canonical source of truth. When a market resolves, Vistadex follows the resolution of this reference market.

## Resolution Process

    The designated reference market resolves the outcome based on their resolution criteria and oracle.

    Vistadex automatically resolves the corresponding market to match the reference market's outcome in real time.

  <Step title="Redemption Opens">
    Winning position holders can redeem their shares.

## Finding the Reference Market

Each market on Vistadex displays its source platform under the **Details** tab. You can check the reference market's resolution criteria to understand exactly how the outcome will be determined.

## After Resolution

Once a market resolves, head to your [Portfolio](/portfolio/redemption) to redeem winning positions for USDC.
